والفارسي ، وفي الفلسفة والسياسة.

عزيزتي السيدة كارولين لوران:
أنا أؤيد بشدة رأيك حول تراجع
الشعر...
أنت شاعرة عظيمة تعيش في باريس وأنت شاعرة متعددة اللغات.
لقد كان شرفًا لي أن أعلق على شعرك ، الذي كنت تقدره وطلبت مني التعليق على
شعرك.
أنت صاحب رؤية وآياتك مثيرة للإعجاب وعاطفية وملهمة وبصيرة.
أنت لست شاعرة عادية.
أنت تعزّزين الحبَّ والحرية والإنسانية.
وهذه هي أهدافنا العزيزة المشتركة.
لقد كتبت اليوم على صفحتك على الفيسبوك بقلب مثقل:
“أعزائي محبي الشعر، للأسف، يبدو أن معدل قراءة وكتابة الشعر قد انخفض.
مؤسف جداً أن يكون الوضع هكذا.
ولكي نكون بشراً لا بد من التدخل العاجل في هذه الحالة لأنه في المستقبل
القريب سوف تخدعنا البيئة الافتراضية وتبعدنا عن الحقيقة".
موقفك واضح بذاته.
الأشخاص الذين ليس لديهم طبيعة شعرية هم قساة القلب ومتشددون.
الشعر يُعلِّم الحبَّ والإنسانية.
أنت على حق تمامًا عندما تقولين إنه من أجل انتشار الحقيقة وبقائها، نحتاج
إلى كتابات شعرية قوية.
الكلمة المكتوبة دائمة وخالدة.
ويقال: «إما».
أنشر أو تهلك."
يبدو لي أن الناس في جميع أنحاء العالم أصبحوا يتعاملون مع ذلك بسطحية.
إنهم يقرؤون فقط ما يخُصُّ حاجتهم المهنية.
وحتى ذلك الحين، يقرأ الناس ويستمتعون بالقصص والروايات، للتنفيس العواطف
المكبوتة ، ومن أجل التخلص من التوتر ، فإن قراءة القصص أمر شائع جدًا.
الكتابة والقراءة مطلب طبيعي للعقول والأرواح.
عندما نشعر بالشهية ، نشعر
بالرغبة في الكتابة والقراءة.
إنها عملية متواصلة ملهمة وبديهية.
وفيما يتعلق بقراءة الشعر، فأنا أتفق معك في أن معدل كتابة الشعر وقراءته
قد انخفض.
أعتقد أن هناك ثلاثة أسباب لهذا الانخفاض.
أولا: كل شخص لا يستطيع أن يفهم الشعر.
إن التشبيهات الشعرية والتصورات والاستعارات هي في الغالب خارج نطاق فهم
عامة الناس.
ثانية :الشعر شغف، وفي عصرنا الحديث أصبح الإنسان قديماً وراكداً وعملياً
وواقعياً.
المثالية لا تحسب في الثقافة العملية الحديثة.
كما أن الشعراء مثاليون، وبالتالي لا يؤخذون على محمل الجد.
أضف إلى ذلك أن الشعر متناقض مع نفسه.
في إحدى القصائد يصرح الشاعر بفكرة واحدة، بينما في مزاج بديهي يصرح في
قصيدة أخرى بفكرة مضادة.
ومن هنا يصبح الشعر مثيراً للجدل.
هناك العديد من الشروحات لشعر شاعر واحد.
نجد الكثير من التفسيرات لشعراء عظماء مثل جون ميلتون، وليم شكسبير، ووليام
وردزورث، والرومي، وحافظ الشيرازي، والميرزا غالب، والدكتور إقبال.
نظرًا لأن الأطروحات هي أساتذة عظماء ولها رسائل، فمن الصعب فهمها.
ليس لدى الشعراء العاديين رسالة أو فلسفة ليطرحوها ، لذلك، فهي أقل قراءة
وليس لها أهمية.
الشعر هو صوت الإخلاص.
الشعر العظيم يعطي رسالة عالمية.
فالإنسان المعاصر يفتقر إلى الإخلاص وهو نسخة طبق الأصل من الدهاء والمكر.
ومن هنا تراجَع الشعر.
لقد أصبح العالم الحديث أكثر مادية….
الناس محرومون من الإخلاص، وبالتالي أقل اهتماما بالشعر.
السبب الثالث : لانحطاط الشعر هو أن الشعب أصبح أكثر عقلانية وعلمية.
إنهم يحبون قراءة النثر بدلاً من الشعر.
الشعر ليس شائعا.
هذا هو عصر العلم والتكنولوجيا والعقلانية.
الشعراء وحدهم هم الذين يقرؤون الشعر ويستمتعون به.
وحتى ذلك الحين، فإن عشاق الشعر موجودون في جميع أنحاء العالم.
أصحاب المشاعر الرقيقة يحبون الشعر وإن كان عددهم أقل.
إن صوت الثوار والرسل العظماء يُسمَع بجدَّية حتى اليوم.
الشعراء ربما يقصّرون في توجيه
رسالتهم للأغلبية، وبالتالي لا يقرأها غالبية محبي الشعر.
ولكن سيبقى الشعرُ صوت القلوب ولا يمكن أن تمحيه ضرباتُ الزمن.
والسؤال هو أن الشعراء الذين يكتبون عن حقوق الإنسان والقيم الإنسانية
ويعطون رسالة فلسفية يعيشون طويلا.

opinion about the decline of poetry. You are a great poetess who lives in Paris
and you are a multi- lingual poetess. It was my proud privilege to comment on
your poetry, which you had appreciated
and had asked me to comment on your poetry. You are a visionary and your verses
are impressive,impassioned, inspiring and insightful. You are not a common
poetess. You promote love, liberty and humanity. And these are our common
cherished goals. On your Facebook you have written today with a heavy heart:”
Dear poetry lovers, unfortunately, the rate of reading and writing poetry seems to have dropped. Very
unfortunate that the situation is like this. In order to be human, it is
necessary to intervene urgently in this situation because in the near future ,
the virtual environment will fool us and keep us away from the truth.” Your
stance is self- explanatory. The people with out poetic nature are hard hearted
and hardliners. Poetry teaches love and humanity. You are absolutely right when
you say that for the spread and survival of truth, we need potent poetic writings. The written word is
permanent and immortal. It is said:” either publish or perish.” It seems to me
that people through out the world have become easy going. They only read which
is their professional need. Even then, the
people read and enjoy stories and novels. To relieve the pent up
passions,
and to purge
out tension, story reading is quite common. Writing and reading are the natural
demand of minds and souls. As we feel appetite, we feel an urge of writing and
reading. It is an inspirational and intuitive unceasing process. So far as
poetry reading is concerned, I agree with you that the poetry writing and
reading rate has been dropped. I think there are three reasons for this
decline. First, every one can not understand poetry. The poetic similes,
conceits and metaphors are mostly beyond the comprehension of common people.
Second; Poetry is passion and in our modern era, people have become stale and
stagnant and practical and pragmatic. Idealism does not count in modern
practical culture. As poets are idealists, hence not considered seriously.
Besides, poetry is self- contradictory. In one poem, the poet professes one
idea, while in an intuitive mood, in an other poem, he professes a counter
idea. Hence, poetry becomes controversial. There are so many explanations of
the poetry of one poet. We find so many interpretations of great poets like
John Milton, William Shakespeare, William Wordsworth, Rumi, Hafiz Sherazi,
Mirza Ghalib and Dr. Iqbal. As theses are great masters and have messages,
hence are difficult to comprehend them. The common poets have no message and
philosophy to propound. So, they are less read and have no importance. Poetry
is the voice of sincerity. Great poetry gives universal message. The modern man
lacks sincerity and is the replica of shrewdness and cunningness. Hence, the
decline of poetry. The modern world has become more materialistic. The people
are deprived of sincerity, hence less interested in poetry. The third reason of
the decline of poetry is that the people have become more rational and
scientific. They like to read prose instead of poetry. Poetry is not common.
This is the age of science, technology and rationality. Only poets read and
enjoy poetry. Even then, the lovers of poetry are found worldwide. The people
with finer feelings like poetry, though their number is less. The voice of
great revolutionaries and messengers is even today heard with seriousness. The
poets with out message are in majority, hence are not read by the majority of
poetry lovers. Poetry will remain the voice of hearts and can not be erased by
the stroke of time. The question is that the poets who write on human
rights, human values and give
philosophical message live long.
