The journey inwards
It begins with a realization
An awakening of some sort
From the day you were born
You have been going outwards
Acquiring new meanings,
tastes
Needs, desires, achievements,
possessions
It has been a race against
time; get the education
Then get the job, marry, have
children
It's the culture of life, to
experience the world
Time moves faster and faster
as you age
Don't wait until you are
tired or sick of life
Do it now, change directions
for once
Follow the path inwards,
But first you have to be
ready to address all of your acquired selves
To unbutton your heavy coat
of identities, attachments and entanglements
To undress your egoistic
tendencies and remove the masks
And just be
The journey inwards is a
beautiful odessy
An exploration of the
mysteries of who you really are
The are no tricks or
illusions on this path
Just let go of your burdens,
baggage, fears and concerns
And just be
It may take a while but soon
you will discover silence
With silence comes peace,
then contentment
Before you know it, you will
be nowhere and everywhere
Timelessness, nothingness and
awareness are the contours of your true self
Embrace them, be them
These are the fabric of true
knowledge, understanding and wisdom
Be the vast resource of beauty,
peace, happiness
Be the everlasting source of
hope, justice, compassion and unconditional Love
Then everything will be
illuminated
You're now closer to the
truth
You're the substance of life
You're the vessel of
existence
Let these truths sink in
You're the abode of God
Eternity is your home
Now and forever
Enjoy the ecstasy of being

يبدأ الأمر بإدراك
صحوة من نوع ما
من اليوم الذي ولدت فيه
لقد كنت تذهب للخارج
اكتساب معاني وأذواق جديدة
الاحتياجات، الرغبات، الإنجازات، الممتلكات
لقد كان سباقًا مع الزمن؛ احصل على التعليم
ثم احصل على الوظيفة، تزوج، أنجب أطفالًا
إنها ثقافة الحياة، لتجربة العالم
الوقت يتحرك أسرع وأسرع مع تقدم العمر
لا تنتظر حتى تتعب أو تتعب من الحياة
افعل ذلك الآن، غير الاتجاهات لمرة واحدة
اتبع المسار للداخل،
لكن أولاً يجب أن تكون مستعدًا لمخاطبة جميع أنفسكم المكتسبة
لفك أزرار معطفك الثقيل من الهويات والمرفقات والتشابكات
لتخلع ميولك الأنانية وتزيل الأقنعة
وكن فقط
الرحلة إلى الداخل هي أوديسي جميلة
استكشاف لأسرار حقيقتك
لا توجد خدع أو أوهام على هذا الطريق
فقط اترك أحمالك وأمتعتك ومخاوفك وهمومك
وكن فقط
قد يستغرق الأمر بعض الوقت ولكن قريبا ستكتشف الصمت
مع الصمت يأتي السلام ثم الرضا
قبل أن تعرف ذلك، لن تكون في أي مكان وفي كل مكان
الخلود، العدم والوعي هي معالم نفسك الحقيقية
احتضنهم، كن هم
هذه هي نسيج المعرفة والفهم والحكمة الحقيقية
كن المورد الواسع للجمال والسلام والسعادة
كن المصدر الدائم للأمل والعدالة والرحمة والحب غير المشروط
ثم كل شيء سيكون مضيئا
أنت الآن أقرب إلى الحقيقة
أنت جوهر الحياة
أنت وعاء الوجود
دع هذه الحقائق تغرق في
أنت مسكن الله
الخلود هو منزلك
الآن وإلى الأبد
استمتع بنشوة الوجود
